Obviously it is an error message saying "Eraa" in Japanese Katakana characters.
This more of less precious piece of information, indicated as such by the "i" speech bubble must be acknowledged in order to proceed.
As an experienced Windows user I pressed OK, not daring to think of what might have happened if the "x" button was pressed.
